STANDARD RETURNS You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase. A refund will will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt (minus delivery). The item must be in original unworn condition with tags intact to be returned.Any item found to be otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to you and refund declined. Please allow up to 5 working days to process your return from date of delivery to us.
Please note, earrings are non-returnable/non-refundable (unless faulty due to hygiene reasons).
We would strongly recommend you to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be Coucou Belle’s responsibility and will not be processed. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account once processed. Please note your postage fee for return or dispatch is not refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS All items are checked and packed by hand to ensure you the very best quality, any items receieved faulty must be reported to the team within 14 days of delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery/collection if you think your item is faulty. The team will assess your images and provide you with a free returns label to send the goods back for your refund or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM We currently do not offer free returns, however if you would like to email email@example.com to arrange a drop off at the address below you can do so.
We STRONGLY advise you to obtain a signed for return tracking number from the post office as returns lost in the post will not be the responsibility of CouCou Belle Boutique. If you have misplaced your receipt please ensure to include a note in with your parcel clearly stating your contact details and full name.

PLEASE NOTE We ask that you take great care when trying on garments. We cannot accept returns on items with marks from make up, fake tans or creams or any other visible marks. All items are checked carefully and by hand through quality control before dispatch and expected to be returned in the same condition. All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns. We strongly recommend you return parcels back to us using a recorded trackable delivery service. Any items with no tracking which does not reach us is not the responsibility of Coucou Belle.
We can only offer a refund on stock exchanges of a lower value or the same are also accepted in some circumstances.
